Nevertheless, no matter where you met and what the circumstances are, we strongly encourage all our customers to be cautious when purchasing tickets for individuals residing abroad. Due to the extreme level of scam activity in some countries, we strongly advise a background check.

We require credit card verifications for all third party credit card transactions. It protects us against daily fraud attempts. Billing Information

Please note: The billing address must match exactly the address on the credit card statement. Those customers who wish to purchase tickets for relatives or friends will be contacted by an Airtktbuddy billing support representative to initiate a three way call to authorize the purchase directly with the issuing bank. Some credit and/or debit cards may have daily limits; please ensure with your bank that you have sufficient funds for the purchase of your ticket(s). The fares are not guaranteed until the tickets are issued.

Accepting Payment Policy:

We accepted Credit Cards and Debit Cards issued from US, Canada and all of the Country.

  1. All prices are shown in U.S. dollars.
  2. We may split your total charge into two parts. Airline Base Fare and Taxes but Combined total amount will be the same as quoted and authorized by you at the time of booking.
  3. Prices do not include airline baggage fees.
  4. Tickets are guaranteed only upon Ticketing, and not upon submission of payment. If your credit card payment is not processed for any reason, we will notify you within 24 hours.
  5. We provide a safe and secured guarantee transaction, as stated above in these Terms & Conditions.
  6. All Air, Hotels, Car Rental and Tour/Activity bookings are only confirmed upon delivery of complete confirmation details to the email you provided with your reservation. In some cases, pre-payment may be required to receive confirmation.

    We will not process such transactions unless our credit card verification team has determined that it's safe to process them. In order to establish the validity of such transactions, we may contact you or your bank

Third Party and International Credit and Debit Cards Payment:

If Passenger using International Credit and Debit Cards while purchase Flight Tickets, or purchase a Tickets for somebody else then below mentioned documents required for processing passenger E-Tickets.

Complete Credit Card Authorization Form along with Copy of Government issued identity proof front and back side with showing photograph and signatures and front and back side of Credit and Debit card with showing signature of card holders. Within 12 Hours after purchase the Tickets. Airline Ticket price are not guaranteed until ticketed.

Credit Card Declines:

Credit Card Declines at the time of processing your transaction, we will make all efforts to notify you by email within 24 to 48 hours. The transaction will not be processed if your credit card has been declined. The fare and any other booking details are not guaranteed.

Documents Requirement on Travel Time:

All customers travelling internationally will be required to obtain and carry necessary travel documents including but not limited to, passport, visa, and advanced parole etc. Traveler is responsible for the review of travel restrictions to determine and obtain all required travel documentation ahead of the originating travel date as may be necessary. Itinerary Information

The names of the passengers provided must match the names shown on the passports. Once the tickets are issued, they are non transferable. Even a small mistake in the name can cause a major inconvenience for the passengers during their travel. Sometimes this mistake can even prevent the passengers from using their tickets. Remember that many of the deeply discounted fares are non refundable. The process of correcting the name on a previously issued ticket is complicated, and many airlines do not allow it at all. Some airlines may allow the name correction for a fee, if we can prove that the ticket would be used by the same passenger. We ask you kindly to double check the names you provide as this is the best way how to avoid the inconveniences connected with the name corrections.

Collecting Personal Data

The TSA (TRANSPORTATION SECURITY ADMINISTRATION) requires us to transmit information collected from you. Providing this information is mandatory. Issuing your tickets will not be possible without this information. TSA may share information you provide with law enforcement or intelligence agencies or others under its records notice. Change Of Aircraft En Route

Sometimes you must change aircraft en route even though your ticket may show only one flight number and have only one coupon for that flight. Further, in the case of some travel, one of your flights may not be identified at the airport by the number on your ticket, or it may be identified by other flight numbers in addition to the one on your ticket. At your request, the seller of this ticket will give you details of your change of aircraft, such as where it will occur and what aircraft types are involved.
